What should I do if the game doesn’t start?

If the game doesn’t start immediately, open the app and tap the gear icon (settings) in the top right corner. Select “More Events.” If your purchased game appears under “My Events,” you can reload it from there.

If that doesn’t work, tap the QR code icon in the bottom right corner and scan the QR code from the email titled “Your Access Data.” This should reliably start the game.
