You want to know more about our products? On this page we try to answer your questions. Here you can get practical information about the process and functionality, as well as booking our tours and games.

WHO ARE OUR TOURS & GAMES MADE FOR?

For all those who like to actively and playfully go on a journey of discovery. Whether in pairs or small groups, everything is fun and exciting, flexible, spontaneous and individual. Movement is also at your own choice.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?

You can easily book via our Ticketshop

IN WHICH LANGUAGES ARE THE TOURS / GAMES AVAILABLE?

Our products are currently available in German and English.

To select the language, select the menu item “Language” in the app.

You can also change this setting at any time during the game.

WHAT DO I NEED?

All you need to play or take a tour is a smartphone or tablet with a charged battery and mobile internet connection, active device location (GPS), as well as our game app “Interactive Tours”. You will receive the link to the app by email after purchasing a game.

HOW DO OUR PRODUCTS WORK?

In addition to our “Interactive Tours” app, you will need the access data sent to you, which you will automatically receive by e-mail after purchasing a product.

Our tours and most of the games are GPS-linked. The tours are designed in such a way that you always have to approach a GPS position within 30 metres with your smartphone/tablet in order to be able to unlock the task behind it. This means that you can really only play at the location for which the tour/game was purchased. Playing at a distance is not possible!

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY BOOKING AND WHEN?

You will receive all the information about the process by e-mail directly after the purchase.

With the booking and purchase of a tour you will also receive a link + PIN code to our gallery. There you can later download the photos / videos you have taken.

WHERE DOES THE TOUR START, WHERE DOES THE GAME TAKE PLACE?

On the page of each of our products you will find the starting point in the description.

For example, for the tour “Vienna for Explorers” the starting point is in the 1st district in Vienna. Our tasks are distributed throughout the entire district, so you can start the game anywhere (e.g. at the underground stations Stephansplatz, Schwedenplatz, Schottentor, Karlsplatz).

All our Vienna tours take place within the 1st district.

I HAVE BOUGHT A TOUR / A GAME, WHEN CAN I PLAY?

You get access to the game immediately after purchase! Buy the game – install the “Interactive Tours” app – start the game!

If you do not receive an email immediately, remember to check your spam/junk mail. If there are any problems, please feel free to contact us.

HOW LONG DOES A TOUR / A GAME LAST ?

The typical duration of the game (without breaks) is 1 to 4 hours.

You will find this listed with the respective game or tour.

HOW LONG CAN I PLAY?

You can start the game flexibly and pause it at any time for breaks, even over several days.

The maximum running time from the start of the game to the reset is 90 days!

WHAT TASKS ARE THERE IN THE GAME?

There are many different and varying tasks and experiences: Photos and videos, multiple choice, open questions, QR codes, augmented reality, creative riddles,…

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN PLAY AT THE SAME TIME?

We recommend a number of 1-3 persons per smartphone or 3-5 persons per tablet.

If a single purchased product is played on several devices, the game progress is identical on all devices. If someone completes a task, it is also considered to be completed on the other devices.

HOW CAN YOU PLAY WITH MULTIPLE TEAMS?

If you want to play with several teams (with or against each other), simply buy a separate game/ticket for each team.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD PHOTOS & VIDEOS FROM THE GAME?

After you have started the game, you will receive the link + PIN code to your personal gallery by e-mail, where you can at any time download the photos and videos you have taken.

Attention: For data privacy reasons, all data, photos and videos will be irreversibly deleted 90 days after the start of the game!

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

A purchased game or tour is non-refundable.

WHAT IF AN ACCIDENT HAPPENS?

We do not accept any liability for damage to smartphones, tablets or personal belongings, but also not for accidents or the like during the use of our products.

“COMFORT” TIPS FOR OUR OUTDOOR GAMES
  • Make sure your device is charged before the game.
  • Get comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing according to the weather & season.
  • Be careful, stay alert, especially in traffic.
CAN I TEST THE PRODUCT?

Yes. Just download the Interactive Tours app, enter your username and click on Mainevent. Here you can test a few stations before you buy our product and without being on site.
