Q: I've purchased a tour – when can I start playing?

You get access to your game immediately after purchase! If you don't see the email, please check your spam/junk folder. You have one year to start the game.

Q: What do I need for the tour?

All you need is a smartphone or tablet with: a fully charged battery mobile internet connection enabled GPS (location services) our "Interactive Tours" app You'll receive the app download link via email after your purchase.

Q: What should I do if the game doesn't start?

If the game doesn't start immediately, open the app and tap the gear icon (settings) in the top right corner. Select "More Events." If your purchased game appears under "My Events," you can reload it from there. If that doesn't work, tap the QR code icon in the bottom right corner and scan the QR code from the email titled "Your Access Data." This should reliably start the game.

Q: How does an Interactive Tour work?

In addition to the Interactive Tours app, you'll need the access data, which you'll automatically receive via email after purchase. Use this to log into the app and start your tour. Our tours and games are GPS-based – meaning you need to be within approximately 30 meters of the respective location for the next task to unlock. Playing remotely is not possible!

Q: How long does a tour/game last?

The pure playing time (excluding breaks) ranges from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the tour. The exact duration is listed in the description of each game or tour.
