Q: Where does the tour start, and where does the game take place?

The starting point is specified in the description on each product page. For example, the "Vienna for Explorers" tour starts in the 1st district – but you can begin flexibly, e.g., at the subway stations Stephansplatz, Schwedenplatz, Schottentor, or Karlsplatz. All our Vienna tours take place within the 1st district, with tasks distributed across multiple stations.

Q: In which languages are the tours offered?

Our tours and games are currently available in German and English. You can easily select the language in the app under the menu item "Language" – and change it at any time during the game if needed.

Q: How can multiple teams play?

If you want to play with multiple teams, either together or competitively, simply purchase a separate game or ticket for each team. This way, each team can start with its own device and complete the tour independently. Q: Are the tours accessible?

All our tours are generally designed to be accessible and stroller-friendly. However, in a city like Vienna, unforeseen obstacles may occasionally occur.

Q: Comfort tips for your outdoor adventure

Ensure your device is fully charged before the game. Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing – suitable for the season. Be cautious and attentive, especially in traffic.

Q: How can I download photos & videos from the game?

After starting the game, you'll receive an email with a link and PIN code to your personal gallery. There, you can download all the photos and videos taken during the game at any time. For data protection reasons, all data, photos, and videos are permanently deleted 90 days after the game starts!
